Soothe a fussybaby

If your baby is restless and miserable, try rubbing a dab of Vicks® Baby Balsam on your own chest. Then, as you hold your child close against your bare arm, your body warmth will release the soothing aromas, helping your baby to relax and relieving their discomfort.

Where to put Vicks® on a baby? The “Love Heart” massage: Try a ‘love heart’ massage on your baby’s chest. Warm your hands and rub a small dab of Vicks® Baby Balsam on your fingertips, then place both hands on your baby’s chest. With fingers flat, stroke up the sternum, around the top of the chest, out to the shoulders, down to the base of the ribs and back to the bottom of your baby’s sternum, making a heart shape (repeat this several times as long as your baby is enjoying it).

The soothing aromas of lavender, rosemary and eucalyptus in Vicks® Baby Balsam help your baby rest and relax more easily, so she can sleep better at night and be happy and relaxed during the day.
