We cook the sauce in a true authentic Italian way. Shiitake mushrooms, cream cheese and milk cooked in small batches. Simmers with special blend of herbs for a little over 3 hours. This results in a very rich, flavored, creamy mushroom sauce that is to die for.

Making it even more special, we add the beef mince meat to this already glorious sauce. The ratio of meat to the bolognese sauce is roughly 2:3. It is a meaty, meaty, meaty sauce!
